Nude massage.My life philosophy relies on the proximity of men to nature, wind, sun and Mother Nature. This is why I believe that we need to feed ourselves with natural food, to breath fresh air and to enjoy sunlight directly with our skin.
Nudism is part of this conformity with nature, and part of the healthy living way of life in combination with massages. In most of the classic books, the masseur is viewed as being on the giving end, whereas the patient is referred to as being on the receiving end. The masseur has influence on the patient on energy levels due to the close proximity of the two people. I believe that the process is additionally enhanced when the masseur is naked, when no clothes interfere with the stream of energy directed towards the patient. That is why the nude massage(where both the masseur and the patient are naked) is a main therapeutic method used from ancient times.
DETAILS:
Warm room, light relaxing music and aromatic scents from lavender or another essential oil with relaxing effect. The patient is laid down naked and is covered with a small towel. The masseur is naked. The massage is relaxing and free of any sexual senses. The aim of the massage is to achieve full relaxation and calmness whereby the patient slowly dives into a light doze. The massages lasts aprox. 60 minutes.
